Cancellations and consumer rights

Cancellation will stop future renewal and preserve access through the paid period unless law or the offer requires otherwise. Refunds and remedies will comply with the Australian Consumer Law; consumer guarantees cannot be excluded. Final refund and renewal wording requires solicitor review.
