Use Surf Track Pro for its intended purpose
- Personal surf planning, verified observations, respectful Community participation and authorised moderation are permitted.
- Commercial access, data licensing or automated research requires written approval.
Protect the service
- No scraping, credential attacks, vulnerability exploitation, malware, denial-of-service activity or bypassing rate limits.
- No unauthorised bots, fake engagement, mass account creation or extraction of surf-spot, user or provider data.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities privately; do not access or retain other users’ data.
Keep activity lawful and safe
- No unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, copyright infringement, trespass or environmental harm.
- Do not use forecasts or routes to encourage dangerous conduct or evade official closures.
- Do not submit illegal content or information that creates an immediate safety risk.
